The latest news from furniture fans, Wayfair's initial public offering (IPO), the largest furniture e-commerce shopping platform in the United States, is expected to sell for between $25 and $28 per share. The company's valuation will reach $2.32 billion.
As early as August of this year, Wayfair announced plans to issue 11 million Class A common stocks through IPO, Wayfair will provide 10.5 million shares, and is expected to raise $308 million.
It is understood that the Boston-based company has a flash-shop site Joss & Main, modern home studio Dwell STudio and Birch Lane, providing a total of more than 7 million products. The company's largest shareholders include Great Hill Partners, Battery Ventures and HarbourVest Partners.
