Many Plywood factories are testing their plywood to meet the EPA /CARB FORMALDEHYDE EMISSION requirements .
Some factories used NON-CERTIFIED THIRD party (TSCA Title VI certified or CARB2 Certified (until Mar. 2019) by an EPA recognized TPC )to test the glue formaldehyde emission rates ,this is not acceptable by most of the buyers .
So,when doing the test reports ,ask the agency who registered the EPA/CARB certificates for you .
