In many people's impressions, solid wood furniture is the most environmentally friendly, but how much do you know about environmental standards?


According to China's environmental protection standards, according to the concept of formaldehyde emission limit, the formaldehyde limit level in the board is divided into three levels, namely E2≤5.0mg/L, E1≤1.5mg/L, E0≤0.5mg/L. In China, the plate can reach the E2 standard, that is, the E2, E1 and E0 plates can be called environmentally friendly plates, but due to the improvement of consumers' environmental awareness, E1 or even E0 plates are more common on the market. Although the standard grade of environmentally-friendly plates is relatively large, the scope of adaptation is relatively wide, but because formaldehyde cannot be completely released, consumers cannot fully trust this standard environmentally-friendly sheet.


The E0 standard is to allow the presence of formaldehyde in environmentally friendly sheets, but it should not exceed 0.5 mg/L, which is the upper limit; the lower limit should be the highest content of aldehydes in environmentally friendly wood (the wood itself has an aldehyde content of 0.12 mg/L to 0.04 mg/L). ), that is, the lower limit is 0.12 mg / L. Formaldehyde can't be released, so consumers are hesitant. In any case, this standard environmentally-friendly sheet is much more than the standard green sheet. This is very gratifying.


"Zero Formaldehyde" means that no aldehyde is selected in the material, no aldehyde is produced during the production reaction; no pollution or damage is caused to the environment to the production personnel. Thus defined "zero formaldehyde" environmentally friendly sheet: the free aldehyde in the board is less than or equal to the wood's own aldehyde content (generally 0.04mg / L - 0.12mg / L). “Zero Formaldehyde” environmental protection sheet and E0 are not the same thing. The “zero formaldehyde” environmental protection board is said to be higher than E0 in principle.
